The price comes from an authoritative quote based on the active rate for the game, server, transaction direction and, when applicable, payment or payout method. The rate used for the order is locked into that quote.

Once an order is created, Kamachrono provides secure tracking access. The private token is the preferred method. Tracking with a public code may require matching contact information and never exposes protected payment or payout details.

For a BUY order using a Moroccan bank transfer, the bank is selected from the active catalogue after the order is created. The related instructions are available only in the authorized private flow and are not published in the public catalogue.

The SELL flow requires a short-lived verification before the kamas handover stage. The link contains a controlled-use private token; only its hash is stored on the server.

An exchange has two separate sides: source and destination. The quote uses the active canonical EXCHANGE rates, and the order then follows source receipt and destination delivery stages before completion.

The Support page lets you open a ticket linked to an order when authorization conditions are met. Direct email, WhatsApp or Discord contact details may also appear when configured by the administrator.

The rules are published in the Terms of service. Before payment or transfer of kamas, cancellation remains possible as long as no irreversible action has occurred. If Kamachrono cannot fulfill a portion already paid or received, fulfillment takes priority, followed by a refund, return or compensation for the unfulfilled portion. Chrono Credits are optional and never replace a monetary refund that is due.
